Suggested Use

Important Information
- ⚠ This product contains iron. Accidental overdose of iron-containing supplements is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product and all supplements out of reach of children at all times and in a secure location.
- Contains vitamin K2 (MK-7 · 37.5μg). Persons taking anticoagulant or blood-thinning medication (including warfarin) should consult their GP before use, as vitamin K affects the action of these medicines.
- Contains psyllium husk. Always take with an adequate amount of water. Those with swallowing difficulties should take particular care. Not recommended for people with bowel obstruction or difficulty swallowing.
- Contains folic acid (200μg · 100% NRV). Women planning pregnancy should consult their GP or midwife about total daily folic acid intake — an additional 200μg supplement may be needed to reach the recommended 400μg/day.
- Contains iodine (37.5μg from seaweed and potassium iodide). Persons with thyroid conditions or taking thyroid medication should consult their GP before use.
- This product is a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
- Suitable for vegetarians. Halal approved. Not certified vegan — contains vitamin K2 (MK-7 from bacterial fermentation). Keep out of reach of children.
