Three things set us apart. First, we use clinically studied, branded ingredients such as KSM-66® Ashwagandha and BioPerine® black pepper extract rather than generic alternatives. Second, full label transparency — no proprietary blends, so you see every ingredient and dosage. Third, every product is manufactured in the UK in GMP-certified facilities, ensuring consistent quality and regulatory compliance.
Many of our products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians — clearly indicated on each product page and label. Some products contain animal-derived ingredients (such as collagen, krill oil, or whey protein) and are labelled accordingly. If you're unsure, contact us.
Allergen information is listed on every product page and label. Some products contain common allergens including milk, soya, gluten, egg, nuts, celery, and fish. We strongly recommend reading the full allergen declaration on each product page before purchasing. When in doubt, contact us.
We minimise unnecessary fillers. Some products may contain bulking agents (such as brown rice flour) or flow agents standard in capsule manufacturing, but we avoid artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives wherever possible. Full ingredient lists including excipients are published on every product page.
Yes. Our Protein & Sports Nutrition collection includes Whey Protein (Chocolate and Vanilla), Creatine Monohydrate, BCAA 2:1:1 Recovery, and other performance-focused products. Our Creatine Monohydrate carries the EFSA-authorised claim that creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise when consumed at 3 g per day.
Health & Usage
All Veldic products are manufactured in GMP-certified facilities in the UK and comply with UK food supplement regulations including the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003. Food supplements are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before starting any new supplement.
Some supplements may interact with certain medications. For example, products containing Vitamin K2 may not be suitable for people taking anticoagulant medication, and Ashwagandha may interact with thyroid or immunosuppressant drugs. We include specific warnings on relevant product pages, but strongly recommend consulting your GP or pharmacist before combining any supplement with prescription medication.
This varies by product and individual factors such as diet, lifestyle, and existing health. Some nutrients (such as B vitamins) may produce noticeable effects within days. Others (such as Ashwagandha, Collagen, or Turmeric) are best assessed over 4–8 weeks of consistent daily use.
In most cases, yes. However, be mindful of overlapping ingredients — if two products both contain Vitamin D or iron, check that the combined daily intake does not exceed the recommended upper limit. If in doubt, consult your healthcare professional or contact us.
Discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice from your GP or NHS 111. Please also notify us at support@veldic.com so we can investigate. We take product safety extremely seriously and report serious adverse events to the Food Standards Agency as required by law.
Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over unless otherwise stated on the product label. Children and young people under 18 should only use food supplements under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or healthcare professional.
Yes. All health claims reference authorised nutrition and health claims under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. We do not make medicinal claims. Where an ingredient does not have an EFSA-authorised claim (e.g. Ashwagandha, Turmeric), we use traditional-use language and state this clearly in our disclaimers.
Ordering & Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Shopify payment platform. Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options may also be available at checkout. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant systems — we never store your card details.
Contact us at support@veldic.com as soon as possible. We process orders within 1–2 business days, so we'll do our best to catch it before dispatch — but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment.
Yes. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
Yes. Gift certificates are available and emailed directly to the recipient once payment is confirmed. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
We run promotions from time to time. Subscribe to our email list for exclusive deals, early access to new products, and occasional discount codes. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Once dispatched:

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and customs charges — these are the buyer's responsibility. Please ensure the products are lawful to import in your country, as supplement regulations vary internationally.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to track via the Royal Mail website. If you haven't received tracking within 3 working days of ordering, contact us at support@veldic.com.
Check your tracking link first. If your order still hasn't arrived after 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (international) from dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns window from the date you receive your order. Products must be unopened in their original sealed packaging. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you also have a 14-day cooling-off period. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. See our full Refund Policy.
We cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed supplements for hygiene and safety reasons. The exception is if the product is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed — in which case we'll arrange a full refund or replacement regardless of whether it has been opened.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@veldic.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping — you won't need to cover return postage.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
Email us at support@veldic.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not post items back before contacting us — we need to confirm your return and provide the correct returns address first.
Subscriptions
Yes. Selected products are available on a recurring subscription basis so you never run out. Subscription details — including frequency, cost, and renewal dates — are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
You can cancel at any time — no minimum commitment. Log into your account and select "Cancel Subscription", email support@veldic.com, or use the cancellation link in your subscription confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Yes. We'll send a renewal reminder at least 3 days before each renewal date, notifying you of the upcoming charge and how to cancel if you wish.
Yes. Log into your account or email support@veldic.com to change delivery frequency, swap products, or pause. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
